Product: Venice: Grand Canal Gondola Ride with App Commentary

I bought two of the most expensive tickets, thinking I was doing the right thing. First, the group was quite large, contrary to what was promised at the time of purchase. Then, the tour was changed the day before from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon. The visit to the basilica was just a basic tour of the main hall with far too much explanation, and no visit to the balcony or other spaces. No guided tours anymore.

It was very informative and interesting! We loved exploring the Murano glass showroom and Burano’s colorful streets. Our guide Elizabeth was wonderful! She was very passionate and we enjoyed her glowing personality.
