the advertisement was for a 45 minute ride, but it lasted exactly 22 minutes. when we protested at the "end" of the ride, all the sudden no one spoke English, and they told us to go to the office, which we did immediately, but apparently since we had the final tour of the day, it was closed. This was supposed to be the finale of our trip, but it wasn't. Additionally, throughout the ENTIRE time we spent in the canals, our captain was talking very loudly (yelling but in a friendly way) to the captain of the gondola just ahead of him. Again, the entire time. How is it supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable when we have to talk over and otherwise listen to two men yelling the entire time? Thoroughly disappointing. If we ever fly 8,000 miles to come back here, I'll make sure I book with another company. total disappointment. the only reason I didn't give 1 star is because all of the staff was friendly and because the scenery in Venice is amazing.

No querían hacer el tour en Español como lo compré porque les faltaba gente, me querían mover a las 3:00 pm. Yo compré un tour en español y una hora específica, no para que me muevan mi itinerario a conveniencia de la agencia. No me gustó el trato de las recepcionistas

Compramos um passeio de 1hora, nos enrolaram com uma introdução de realidade virtual e o passeio de gondola levou 20min em um trajeto muito curto. Absurdo o preço que cobraram pelo que ofereceram, não recomendo para ninguém

El gondolero no respeta el tiempo estipulado para el paseo. Es un problema que la agencia de tours tiene que resolver a pesar de que no es directamente su culpa, ya que se está pagando por un servicio del cual tienen que asegurar calidad.

Our guide Giai (spelt incorrectly, apologies) was fantastic! English & knowledge were clear. Giai kept the group together & ensured we could all hear the history explanations etc etc.. Nice to have a friendly tour guide. We enjoyed the day & would highly recommend. (Thank you Giai, for your assistance the following day, we lost our way to another tour & Giai walked us to the group to join in on the tour as it had already commenced.) we really appreciate your help. Truely a lovely person!
