El walking tour ha ido bien, en cuanto a la experiencia con los lentes de realidad había unas personas que se la pasaron hablando muy fuerte todo el tiempo, supongo que nunca habían usado unos y se impresionaron pero el staff debería decirles que guarden silencio ya que no permitían escuchar la explicación de los lentes. En cuanto al servicio de la góndola misma situación la gente cree que por ir en grupo es un servicio privado y están pagando por uno compartido, la familia que subió se la pasó escuchando música mexicana como si todos los que subimos a la góndola quisiéramos oír su música, un señor de la tercera edad cantándole a su esposa como si fueran en góndola privada, arruinando la experiencia de los demás, el staff debería indicarles que hay reglas que tienen que respetarse aunque sean por sentido común.

We had a great tour! The start location was easy to find and despite the crowds, they were very well organized. The weather was cool and rainy, which put a damper on our day initially, but the majority of time and even the line to enter Doge’s Palace, we were under cover or inside. Our guide was great at keeping us together and communicating. The headsets were a bit finicky (volume controls didn’t seem to work at first but afterwards, once the tour actually got going, they worked well and I really appreciated the headset so we could hear in large crowds. The tour ended before the museum, but our tickets included admission. We didn’t allow enough time though, as we were leaving for a cruise at 5pm (tour at 11:15am). If you want to see the museum, add an hour or two to your total time! We did try to eat at the restaurant attached but it’s very small and only table service, with no seats available, I’d recommend go (and out of the piazza altogether)! Overall, 4 out of 5 ⭐️!

Un maître verrier présente deux techniques de fabrication à Murano, et la matière prend forme. intéressant ! L'exposition (magasin de vente) est remarquable par la variété des objets. l'offre commerciale l'est moins. Burano est à voir pour les couleurs de ses habitations, pour la finesse de ses dentelles, et son calme (relatif). Enfin, notre guide, David qui a profité du temps de navigation pour tracer avec humour les grandes lignes de l'histoire de Venise. Curieusement, nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer. Encore merci David !

Perfect & quick trip to Murano & Burano. I forget the name of our guide but he was wonderful, very knowledgeable and felt like I learned a lot about Venice on our boat trip to Murano & Burano. The glass making was so interesting & the pieces were gorgeous. Burano was also very interesting at the lace making shop. We also got a yummy cookie from a local bakery in Burano highly recommend this booking! We had enough time in Burano to grab a quick drink & bite to eat before heading home.

Enjoyable way to see the Venetian Lagoon. Difficult to hear the guide due to wind on boat. Tour enrichment was a very brief demonstration on glass blowing and a 2 minute demo of lace making in Burano.

There was no live commentary once we were on the gondola. The gondolier was smoking, not talking. Its was pouring rain which was no one’s fault but I was disappointed to the gondoliers talk amongst themselves as we travel in a row behind each other through the canals. The yelling back and forth takes away from the romantic aspect we were hoping for. The 3D presentation at the very beginning was excellent.
