My husband had booked this trip for us! We got our own private booking basically because it was just us two for Sunday morning at 10am. Our tour guide Alex was wonderful. He was super knowledgeable and gave us a lot of history on the city. It was a very fun tour and I learned a lot! I saw sights I didn’t even know existed! I would highly recommend Alex and this company for a great experience. Alex even took photos for us at all the awesome locations! Thanks so much!!! We will be back!

FEB2023 (Weather was broken clouds & avg 50F) . Awesome adventure. Rode bikes with wife and tour guide around financial district, China town, Brooklyn, Dumbo, and more . Saw spots I didn’t know existed in “NYC” and learned history behind them . Def one of my favorite things I did on a 3 day NYC trip. Alex was awesome!

Our guide Nate was fantastic. We hired 2 adult bikes with a child's tandem, optional helmets and gliveswete available (I would recommend!). We were given time to familiarise with the bikes, there were approx 18 in the group. We booked the highlights tour which totally around 6-7 miles over 3 hours, very manageable and flat ground all the way. Nate was a great guide and shared so much information which we wouldn't have known if visiting the sites ourselves or using something like a bus tour. There was tea ready for us when we arrived back which was a lovely gesture. I'd highly recommend if you're visiting Berlin!

We were in Washington DC for short time and wanted so badly to have a quick but fun visit to the main monuments, we had the best guide ever and made the whole Segway experience unforgettable and for sure we recommend Unlimited Biking for your tours!

This was my third time with Unlimited Biking and Joe and here are a few thoughts: - Joe almost carries this business himself. Wealth of knowledge, always aware of the group, reinforces respect for the monuments and excellent time management. Some improvement areas. - Most Bikes are of high quality but Unlimited Biking should consider getting more of the American Electric? bikes; they only had 2 for our group and one of the team members had to 'sacrifice' his for the Cannondale. - There is an additional insurance charge on top of the booking fee; something to be aware of. - Tour Guides (Joe) should err on the side of caution and wait for the group to 'bunch up' before giving an overview of what we were looking at. A couple of the times the backmarkers in our group missed out on what was said. - Also, tour guides should consider over communicating details about monuments so that Unlimited Biking can set themselves apart from a 'self guided'/Bikeshare tour. I have had mixed experiences with the level of detail communicated during our tour. Overall, a fantastic tour and highly recommended with friends/family and the likes.

Took a Segway tour with Joe Brady as the tour guide. Absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and trustworthy. Education of the Segway was simple but beneficial. He made you feel confident and educated. Great knowledge of the area. Would recommend to anyone who wants to see the major monuments and building but don’t have a ton of time. Joe also stopped and took pictures along the way of us that we loved. Absolutely 💯 recommend this tour :)
