We visited Unlimited Biking and used a Groupon for bikes for our family of 5 for the 2 hour rental. The experience at the location was very organized and efficient, as was the bike acquisition itself. Our only complaint is that there seems to be 2 types bikes, hybrid type bikes that have more of a mountain bike style frame and posture, and more dutch-style upright posture bikes. They seem to be sized such that the first type are assigned to males, and the second type assigned to females. As a male rider who typically rides a dutch style e-bike, I would have preferred the latter style, or at least to have had a choice for my style of riding. As a result, the ride itself was somewhat uncomfortable and I would have found it difficult to continue for more than 2 hours if we had booked a longer ride. Also, this is more of a heads-up for anyone looking to see Central Park in more detail, note that it takes about 1.5 hours to ride from the rental location, around the perimeter of the park, and back, so if you want to stop and see more of the Park, I would suggest a longer rental period.

Had a great time riding the tandem bike around DC with my Daughter. She's not a strong bike rider, and the tandem worked out perfectly. You can cover so much more ground when on a bike. We're able to see the Jefferson and FDR memorial during the Cherry Blossom Festival. We never would've made that loop had we not been on the bike. Highly recommended!

We rented our bikes a few months in advance. When we arrived, the guy behind the counter was very friendly. He gave us some tips for Rome and everything expected from the rental was very clear. We had a really nice day biking through Rome and the Via Appia Antica. If you're looking for a great service and very trustworthy rental, you should go to them.
