I would have happily given 5 stars because the service was genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional. However, I was disappointed that the e-bike’s battery was completely drained after only about three hours. If you offer bikes for full-day rental, I think it’s reasonable to ensure the batteries are fully charged and capable of lasting for the duration of a day’s use. It’s a shame, as this issue unfortunately took away from an otherwise excellent experience.

My husband and I rented bikes for 48 hours while in San Diego for my 60th birthday. We got the bikes and rode to Coronado the first day and I noticed the bike was heavy and harder to ride than what I’m used to and my husband rode it and agreed. Knowing that we were later going to Balboa Park with hills we stopped by the shop to talk to Jim and he was very accommodating and set me up with a much better bike because as he said “I want you to be happy”. They have excellent customer service and I highly recommend renting from them. The process was very smooth.

I went with my girlfriend and we had the most amazing tour with Andrea! He had a great route and shared some really interesting stories with us about the city and always offered to take pictures of us in front of the landmarks. We loved the city and will definitely be back and do another tour!! Couldn't recommend this enough 🙌

Alex was a great guide, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He told us a lot of facts we didnt know yet even of it is our fourth visit to NYC. He took care of us through out the whole tour making sure we felt safe on our bike

Yael was absolutely amazing! She knew all of the facts and gave us a comprehensive history of the Berlin Wall as well as certain parts of WW2. It was a great tour overall and Yael was so sweet and kind.

Excellent tour of DC monuments with Joe Brady as our tour guide! Joe was excellent in every way and spot on with his knowledge of the history of DC. Very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing and learning the origins of these monuments and the awesome history of our great country! Thanks Joe Brady!
