It was very difficult to find the location to get the bikes at the beginning. Get the bike and it didn’t have a bottle holder or a kickstand. On return, we asked the guy if we needed to do anything else and he said we were good. An hour after dropping off the bikes, I get texts and a call asking if we returned the bikes. Clearly, the tracking system and communication is bad Overall, I enjoyed the bike ride but the experience here was disappointing and I will take my business elsewhere.

Must do! Our Tour guide was Paul, he was absolutely brilliant, his knowledge about the History of Manhattan and Brooklyn are brilliant. He took us on a nicely paced and safe journey which everyone on the tour loved, can’t recommend this 2 hour adventure enough.

This Segway tour was really fun! Our guide, Josh, was very friendly and informative during the Segway training and throughout the tour. We learned a lot about the history of DC with interesting secret facts about some of the monuments included as a bonus. 10/10 recommend

This is a convenient place to rent quality e bikes. Raoul explained our options for routes, and maps were available. More than that, he adjusted the bikes to fit us and made sure we were well set up for our ride. Bikes were easy to operate for even a first timer. We had a great time on our ride over to Coronado

The process of picking up or bikes for the trip and other logistics were uneventful. UB had our bikes on site when scheduled. The bikes were very high quality and performed as expected. The Staff made the necessary adjustments to the seats to fit each member of our family for height. Would definitely use them again!

I want to leave my review because, of all the tours I took during my vacation in New york, yours was the most beautiful and fun! All of you staff were kind and nice, but I must say that Paul, my guide, was great, very nice and I hope very much to come back to you one day for another tour! I think Paul will be able to remember me, I am the Italian guy who saw a Raccoon during our tour! All the best Alessandro

My friend returned the bike, which was obviously old and worn out, and was then insulted by the staff, who told him (at 120 kg) he was too fat for it… And this is in the USA, where it seems like every other person is obese – simply unbelievable. : ... Es wird 1$ pauschal von der Kreditkarte abgezogen, der nicht wieder erstattet wird, mit dem Grund, die KK-Daten zu haben, wenn an dem Leihfahrrad was ist oder dieses nicht zurück gibt. In meinen Augen klarer Betrug, da mit demselben Grund die ID Card einbehalten wird. Außerdem könnte man den Dollar auch einfach blocken und wieder freigeben, Mietwagenfirmen das mit der Kaution machen. Die Fahrräder sind leider der letzte Schrott: Schlechte Bremsen, die Kette springt raus, bei einem Fahrrad ist sogar der komplette Antrieb beim Radeln abgefallen - sehr gefährlich! Mein Freund hat das Fahrrad, was offensichtlich alt und ausgebuddelt war , dann zurück gebracht und musste sich als Kunde noch vom Personal beleidigen lassen, er sei (mit 120kg) zu fett für das Rad… Und das in den USA, wo gefühlt jeder 2. Mensch adipös ist - einfach unfassbar. Die Tour selbst war durchschnittlich und reißt die schlechte Erfahrung beim Check In nicht raus. Wir buchen kein zweites Mal und raten ganz klar von dieser Abzocke mit gefährlichen Leihrädern ab.

My daughter and grandkids (8 & 10) came to visit for a few days. Lots of activities to do in DC and lots of Museums to see. Rented bikes from Unlimited Biking and drove up and down the Mall, stopped at Museums as we wished, visited monuments and all in all, had a wonderful day. Unlimited Biking provided excellent bikes, well cared for, and were marvelous giving us tips and instructions on how to enjoy our day. Everyone is happy! Will definitely used them again.
