Nadia was AMAZING! Actually better than that. She did a great job of making us feel welcome! We had some dietary restrictions, and she was able to work with it perfectly! If you are visiting Florence and want to see some of the historic places, but also eat great food, this is the way to go!

Antonio was AMAZING! We had such an engaging and entertaining segway tour. He helped me navigate my segway the whole time and made sure I was safe. Would 100% recommend booking a tour with him, he is an archeologist and a historian!!!

A MUST-DO in Paris! We had a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) and it was a highlight, seeing the city from different perspectives and learning about Paris history from our fantastic guide (Octav). We will now add this to every future trip list! And the Fat Tire team could not have been more friendly or helpful. 5 stars!!!

We had amazing evening ride with Fabian last night. It was great stories, Fabian is impressive with his history knowledge. I've been in Paris few times already but this is the most amazing thing Ive done here 👌 highly recommend evening tour.

(Translated by Google) Our bikes were in terrible condition. The brakes were worn down, and the chain on one of the kids' bikes kept coming off. The staff are clearly focused on making sales (like pointless add-on insurance), not repairing things 😂. We only got a receipt upon return after asking for it; we would have been better off renting a "Citibike"... (Original) Unsere Fahrräder waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Bremsen runter und bei einem Kinderfahrrad ging die Kette andauernd ab. Das Personal soll halt verkaufen (zb eine sinnlose Zusatzversicherung) und nicht reparieren 😂. Quittung bei der Rückgabe gab's nur auf Nachfrage, da hätten wir besser ein Bike "Citibike" nehmen können...

I definitely do NOT recommend this tour. This was something my wife and I very much wanted to do during our limited time in Paris, but the tour went poorly from the beginning and did not fulfill our hopes. We arrived at the meeting point at 8:15; check in was slow and poorly organized. Because of the slowdown, our group missed the train to Versailles Chateau, which is the closest to the bike shop and palace. We had to wait 20 minutes for a train to Versailles Chantiers. When we arrived, our tour guide took us on a long walk through the city to an outdoor market, where we were told to get a coffee, use the restroom, and buy ourselves a picnic lunch. We met back at 11:00am for the long walk back to the bike shop (still not on bikes or the palace grounds at this time, 2:30 hours into the tour). The process of getting the bikes was slow and poorly organized. We were the last group and it seemed like they didn't care to get us going so we could enjoy what we had paid for. By about noon we began the walk and bike ride to the palace grounds. But we had one rider who realized they couldn't ride solo...so we had to stop for them to locate a tandem bike. We also encountered a person from another group who had a flat tire and had been abandoned by his group. Our guide stopped our group once again to help him out. We eventually made it to the canal, but discovered that same abandoned rider couldn't keep up with our group, so we had to stop, AGAIN. It was nearly 13:00 and we still hadn't seen anything of the grounds or the palace. We eventually rode around the grand canal, which is ok but not a main attraction. We stopped for our picnic and then rode to Marie Antoinette's mini palace, which had a restroom but again was not a main attraction. Then we walked to see her little Austrian village, which again was not a main attraction, and I'm looking at my watch and realizing it's nearly 15:00 and we have to walk back to our bikes and bike back to the shop and walk to the actual palace and the palace CLOSES AT 17:45. We tried to hustle back, but my wife got a flat tire, and we had to stop to change that. We eventually got to the palace at 16:30, which left us time to just hustle room to room and not take the time to enjoy being there. A lot of the problems were not our guide's fault, but once we fell behind I would have gladly skipped Marie Antoinette's mini palace to actually spend time in the full palace and walk the beautiful gardens there. They need better organization, better contingency plans for problems, and a primary focus on getting their patrons to the main attractions earlier in the tour.

We had a private tour with Veronica and loved every minute of it. She is super knowledgeable and shared some of her personal history with us. She accommodated all of our requests and even added an excellent gelato stop along the way. A bike tour is an excellent way to see a city in a short period of time. This is a must “to do” when in Florence. Additionally, the staff was extremely responsive to all my emails and questions. They were very thorough and well organized. I highly recommend!
