Anna was a great guide, very knowledgeable and kind to our mixed age group. It was a very pleasant experience with plenty of stops in the shade, and we’d highly recommend it as a way to get yourself oriented to the city and the history of its’ most famous sites.

We did a fantastic tour with Paul Kelly last week around Central park - he was great fun and very interesting. Learned loads about New York and Central park - great to get the inside track, so to speak. Would highly recommend Paul Kelly for this tour of Central Park

The best place to rent bikes in San Diego. I rented 5 bikes for my family (e-bikes & regular) to visit Balboa park. The staff was very friendly, gave us good tips and the bikes were great too. Thanks again.

Our guide Will (Mary’s son) was AMAZING! I could not imagine the day without him leading us! He really knows his audience and made every part of the day PERFECT!!! His knowledge of the all aspects of the day made everyone enjoy each part of the day! Our girls especially loved his sense of humor and how he really connected to each person on the tour! I could not imagine this special day without Will!!

However, the person who greeted us (Nat, badge 20013) was probably finishing her shift, and she was, firstly, unfriendly and, more importantly, secondly, gave us absolutely no information other than the time we had to return the bikes. So we found ourselves in Central Park, without a map (they usually provide a general and a detailed one), without knowing how the traffic flow works in Central Park, without anything! The traffic system is one-way, so it was difficult to find our way back without a map. Luckily, Google Maps helped us, but a detailed map would have been perfect! Because of all this, we were really stressed about returning the bikes, worried about missing the return time. Furthermore, when I look more closely at my receipt, it clearly states that bikes must be returned before 8:30 PM, so why did she tell us 7:45 PM, written in gold on our receipt? I will not repeat this stressful and tiring experience. It's a real shame because it's an ideal way to visit the park, as it's quite large. I will definitely take a guided bike tour; it's much safer. (Original) Nous avons pris cette location avec le pass go city explorer, on est arrivé vers 17h, donc en fin de journée mais notre but n'était pas de pédaler toute la journée, donc parfait : pas d'attente, plein de vélos, jusque là tout va bien. Par contre un shift se terminait certainement pour la personne qui nous a accueillit (Nat, badge 20013) et elle n'a, premièrement, pas été aimable et SURTOUT deuxièmement, donné aucune information hormis l'heure à laquelle nous devions ramener les vélos. Donc on s'est retrouvé dans central park, sans carte (qu'ils donnent habituellement, une générale et une détaillée), sans savoir comment fonctionne le plan de circulation dans central park , sans rien ! La circulaiton fonctionne par "one way" donc il nous a été compliqué de revenir sur nos pas sans carte. Heureusement google map nous a aidé mais avec une carte détaillée ça aurait été parfait !!! A cause de tout cela nous avons été carrément stressés pour le retour, ayant peur de dépasser l'heure de retour des vélos. En plus lorsque je regarde de plus près mon ticket de caisse, il est indiqué dessus que le retour des vélos se fait avant 20h30, alors pourquoi nous a t elle dit 19h45 écrit en doré sur notre ticket de caisse ???? Je ne renouvellerais pas cette expérience stressante et fatigante. C'est fort dommage car c'est un moyen idéal pour visiter car le park est grand. Je prendrais certainement une visite guidée à vélo, nettement plus sécuritaire.
