In the hustle and bustle I was not told that my passport will be withheld as a deposit. After 20 minutes I found out that I no longer had a passport and therefore returned within 40 minutes to the pick up. No apologies, no money back / compensation but a big mouth They should make it clear that my passport was held as deposit!!!!! If I had known that my passport is used as a deposit I would not have chosen this company. It is not allowed to issue a passport for such purposes.

We had a fabulous evening tour and couldn’t have been happier to see the sites and chat with some new friends along the way. HIGHLY recommended, especially if you want to tick some boxes on must-see’s in a short amount of time (complete with ice cream stops and wine on the river).

Fantastic way to see the park! We are a family of 5, kids are 21,23 & 16. Dan is THE BEST tour guide, lots of laughs, facts, a bit of music and the 2 hours flew by. Got some great tips at end of the tour for other stuff to do whilst in NYC, which the kids loved. Whilst our kids aren’t that young, we had a 9/10 yr old in our group who didn’t have any trouble keeping up, Dan came back when one of us left our helmet behind. Did a lot of Tripadvisor research to find the right company to use and we weren’t disappointed. Can’t recommend enough!

We just had the greatest tour with Simon. He was friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable. We had a couple of history buffs on our tour and he was easily able to answer all their questions whilst still keeping to the basics for those of us with less base knowledge. Simon catered to all levels the group and we all had a great time getting our first look around Berlin. We have been on Fat tire tours in other cities and so knew the experience would be excellent, and we were not disappointed. As a company fat tire tours have figured the perfect formula for bike tours and we look forward to them whenever we travel to a place they run a tour..
