Keith was a wonderful tour guide! The experience was fun and insightful for a three hour tour of San Diego. Riding the bikes was easy with electric assistance despite some hilly areas.

We had a lovely afternoon on our ride through Central Park! We toured with a very nice group of tourist and our guide, Paul K., was a quite friendly and informative fellow. My husband thought is was the best part of our whole stay in NYC. (I will need to build up my strength for hill endurance for the next time we do this bit. ;)

Excellent service from beginning to end. Our guide Matt was superb: knowledgeable, professional in his approach with relevant information and safety briefing, humor, and patient. While we lunched, I watched him service every single bike, checking and pumping each tyre, adjusting chains and so on. He didn’t stop. He truly was superb and a brilliant ambassador for Fat Bike Tours. This tour of Versailles Chateau and Gardens was fascinating. Matt enthralled with detailed stories of the various kings, their wives, consorts and friction between rival monarchies etc. and their relevance to the places we were visiting. All in all a highly recommended tour.

We didn't see much of it as promised on the website. Brooklyn Bridge - didn't go up it, but we did see it. The Highlands - didn't see it, but we did point it out. Statue of Liberty - didn't see it. Zelfs nog nooit gehad. Johannes was onze gids. Vriendelijke man en kende zeker zijn weg en kende de geschiedenis van New York. Alleen hadden we niet een historische tour geboekt maar een Highlights tour geboekt. Niet veel van gezien zoals ze op de website beloven. Brooklyn Bridge - niet op geweest - wel gezien. During the tour, we were able to make requests regarding the itinerary and let him know if we wanted to stay longer at a particular spot. Jan has a very good understanding of the city and its history, which he conveyed to us vividly and with great enthusiasm. The pace was always very comfortable. He was very considerate of traffic, signaled appropriately, and always made sure we stayed on track. We highly recommend this tour and thank him for the wonderful time! Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass einige Teilnehmer kurzfristig abgesagt hatten, doch die Tour fand trotzdem wie geplant statt. Unser Guide Jan stammt aus Deutschland und ist vor vielen Jahren nach Barcelona ausgewandert. Er kennt sich hervorragend aus und hat auch sehr viele Geheimtipps parat. Während unserer Tour konnten wir Wünsche zum weiteren Verlauf äußern und auch Bescheid geben, wenn wir länger an einem Ort verweilen wollten. Jan hat sehr gute Kenntnisse über die Stadt und ihre Geschichte und konnte uns diese lebendig und mit sehr viel Freude vermitteln. Das Tempo war stets sehr angenehm. Er hat viel Rücksicht auf den Verkehr genommen, rechtzeitig Handzeichen gegeben und immer geschaut, dass wir den Anschluss nicht verlieren. Wir empfehlen diese Tour uneingeschränkt weiter und danken für die tolle Zeit!

Really great Trip and it was my first time on a Segway and in DC. Josh was a really great instructor on the segway and a well informed tourguide. We saw all the great Monuments in DC. Glad i did that, special Thanks to Josh again!

Our family of 4 did the 2 hour Capitol Hill tour. Greg S. was an informative and considerate guide. A DC local, he was very knowledgeable about answering all questions. Very patient and kind with the children too. We were lucky to have him and highly recommended.

We had the absolute pleasure of doing the 3 hour tour with Rhys this afternoon! What an amazing way to take in the city. Rhys was super entertaining, funny and informative! Can’t recommend this enough to anyone coming to Berlin!!!

We did a Segway tour with Rob, it was so much fun and he did a great job!! Even though it started downpouring near the end of our tour he did an amazing job at making sure we still enjoyed ourselves.
