I received several different meeting locations and could not find the right place to meet in the morning. Someone had to come find me and take me to the obscure meeting place under a bridge. I got two phone calls that morning by two different people asking for our heights, but the information was included in the form when I bought the trip and I confirmed in my email the information was provided. The bike I rode did not shift properly so I could barely get up the little hills on the trail. There was no map provided and we were just guessing where to go and lock up the bikes. The lock wasn’t long enough to lock to the rack and they wanted me to text a picture of where I left them, but there was poor service and I couldn’t get a text out right away. Seems like they need a better system to coordinate the bike pick up, ie. a designated location or more clear instructions. Shouldn’t rely on a text with a picture. We also had to guess where to pick up the boat back. Again, no clear instructions. Finally, the boat ride took us so far away from where we started, it was a 20 minute Uber ride back to the car and I didn’t know it finished somewhere else until after I booked the tour when I got the email confirmation. So that was another $30 I wasn’t expecting to spend. Overall it was a very poorly organized trip. Very disappointed in the company, but the activity was a nice idea.

We had a wonderful bike tour last week while in Pais. It is a great way to see the city. Our. guide was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and took great care of the whole group, especially my 7 year old daughter who had great fun. Couldn’t recommend these guys more highly.
