Richard was brilliant! He was very knowledgeable, experienced and super friendly. Unfortunately, despite the heavy rain, we were not given the option to reschedule the tour for another day. We got absolutely soaked, and continuing the tour in such conditions was also a genuine health and safety concern. We seemed to be the only group touring Central Park in the rain, which made it very difficult to enjoy the experience or get a proper feel for the park. It’s disappointing that GetYourGuide took our money without considering the weather conditions or giving us the option to rebook. As a group, we should have been given the choice to experience the tour in safer and more suitable conditions. Richard, you were absolutely lovely, and thank you for trying your very best to make the experience enjoyable despite the circumstances.
