I was interested in renting a bike. Never received an answer to my email with questions and when we went round we found the office closed for the next few hours. Just a note on the door. Another family of 5 was calling the office as they had reserved bikes for that day but they were rebuffed and had to return the next day. Maybe there are staff shortages or something but this is not reliable service.

The bike was great, the price is reasonable, the customer service was excellent. The young lady gave us a suggestion on where to ride the bikes and it was perfect for my daughter and I. We chose the manual bikes but they also have electric. I would definitely use them again.

Best way to tour the city! It takes two hours to cover what eight hours of walking would. . Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. She was safety conscious and put everyone at ease- , highly recommend!!!

It was a great experience and ride through the city of Paris. Really enjoyed our guide and how knowledgeable he was. Two suggestions: 1) less stops and more riding and 2) the ride was advertised as 2.5 hours but it ended promptly at 2.0 hours.

We had pre-booked a guided bike tour of the palace grounds, and our guide, Bart, was fantastic! He shared fascinating stories about the French kings and queens, the royal children, and the incredible history behind the Palace of Versailles. I have been fortunate enough to visit some very grand buildings over the years, but the Château de Versailles surpassed them all. Bart summed up its history perfectly: Louis XIV built the palace, Louis XV enjoyed the palace, and Louis XVI paid for the palace—with his life. We also learned more about Marie Antoinette and her children. Visiting her private hamlet was especially interesting. It was charming, peaceful, and beautifully designed, yet completely disconnected from the struggles of everyday French life. After hearing more about her story, it was easier to understand why she sought refuge there. We spent about 3½ hours cycling through the vast grounds, visiting the hamlet and riding along the Grand Canal. We highly recommend this excursion for everyone. (We travelled with two teenagers-and they also loved it!)

We had an amazing bike tour in Washington, DC with Benham as our guide. He shared fascinating stories and a wealth of interesting historical insights throughout the tour. He also guided the group clearly and safely, making everyone feel comfortable. Despite the heat, the tour was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Last Wednesday, we (mother and 18-year-old son) took the Central Park bike tour led by guide Glenn. We enjoyed the beautiful green surroundings and the fun facts Glenn told us, sometimes with a touch of humor. In two hours, we got to discover a beautiful part of New York, and Glenn was willing to take photos every time. We would recommend this tour to everyone!

The nighttime ride of the monuments of DC tour was fantastic! Our guide, Jose, did a great job of leading us through the city, giving us info on each monument, and making it a wonderful experience. Loved this as part of our Washington DC trip.
