The e bike that I rented was not in good condition. The gears were faulty and the power wasn't good enough for several hills. When I called the office to get picked up nobody could pick me up due to understaffing. Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience and no price reduction was offered when I returned the bike. Do not rent from this company! I rented an e bike from a different company yesterday and all was fine. I'm a long time avid bicyclist so I know bikes. I'm injured from the experience with a groin strain.

We had a fabulous time on the tour. Very informative and interesting, and the food was delicious. Our guide, Mirella, was so charming. We will definitely come back to Milan and join more of these tours!

Excellent tour with Dan on October 2, 2023. Dan was funny, personable and above all safe. He lead us through Central Park, pointed out the sights and told some great stories. Dan made a point to engage with all the riders, taking pictures of us and playing songs popular from our country of origin! I would recommend this bike tour, Central Park is huge!

We signed up for the 3 hrs Berlin highlight tour today and it was a great experience! Our tour guy Sam was very knowledgeable and good history teller ! We got to know Berlin history and city a lot better after the tour ! This is a beautiful city and full of history . Really enjoyed the ride !
