Bikes were poorly maintained, staff was quite gruff with us and didn't care about our feedback on bike issues and didn't help us resolve them. Definitely try somewhere else, not a great operation.

We signed up for the 3 hrs Berlin highlight tour today and it was a great experience! Our tour guy Sam was very knowledgeable and good history teller ! We got to know Berlin history and city a lot better after the tour ! This is a beautiful city and full of history . Really enjoyed the ride !

Nadia was our private tour guide and she was fantastic! She was great at showing us all the history of Florence along the way to our food stops. We are a family of picky eaters and she was very understanding and flexible with us while also encouraging us to try new things. She was super friendly and enjoyable to be around as well. I highly recommend Nadia, we wished she could take us around for the rest of our trip!

Nadia was amazing! This was the best tour guide I have had in all of Italy. She was so knowledgeable about the history of the city and regional food. Our family is very picky and she made us feel so comfortable and was very accommodating. We love Nadia and definitely recommend this tour.

Mia and the Secrets of Paris tour was lovely, would bring friends to do it again. Definitely great for anyone who’s been to Paris before and wants to see more in depth stuff.
