We were really looking forward to taking this tour in Rome and we were definitely not disappointed. Arvin was a fantastic guide. Super-friendly, excited about his city and engaging to all group members. He was full of stories and anecdotes to keep things interesting (especially as we had 2 boys under 12). I was especially impressed with how he managed to guide us through unfamiliar streets and somewhat chaotic traffic safely to each location. The bonus for us was that we took this tour first, so it gave a good understanding of where things are located around the city. Set us up for the days ahead. If you're new to Rome then i would suggest you start with this tour early on. Ask for Arvin. Highly recommended.

It was my husband's and my first time on a segway. I was pretty nervous, worried I'd fall flat on my face, unable to balance. Georgia assured me I won't. She showed me how, and had me right behind her at all times, assisting me on cross walks and challenging surface areas. Thank you sooooooo very much, Georgia!!! We did a private Eiffel Tower tour and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Amir was engaging and patient with our young son, who knows a tremendous amount of trivia about the Eiffel Tower. Amir was able to share some facts that he didn’t know and asked him “trivia questions” so he could show off the facts he already knew. Be aware that you do still have to wait in security lines and the lines to get on the elevator. There’s no way around that. But having a guide to show us exactly where to go was amazing. We only went to the second floor, because we are a family that is afraid of heights. Amir pointed out all the city landmarks and gave us a lot of history as well. Definitely recommend, especially if you have little ones who will love the personal attention.

I really don’t recommend this place. They wouldn’t let me rent a bike because I‘m pregnant with 6 months. Apparently it’s ok to rent a bike if you are 5 months pregnant which makes absolutely no sense to me. They were very rude at the reception and didn’t give me a proper explanation. They don’t even have an information about restrictions on pregnant women on their website.

With only a few days in Berlin, I wanted a tour that would give me an overview of the city and its history. The all day bike tour did just that, and then some. Rhys is a knowledgeable, engaging, and humorous host who ably showed off his adopted city to the group. I highly recommend you spend a day with him.

Bikes were quality but need to be better tuned. The gears regularly skipped during slight changes in terrain, reducing the overall pleasure of our ride. Also my wife was given a bike with only 7 gears which was insufficient for our ride up Rock Creek. Would have been fine on the mall. So our take-aways are to ensure the correct equipment for the ride and also ensure gears function under pressure.
