This place is a complete disappointment. The bikes are nothing like what’s shown in the description. They are extremely hard to ride, very uncomfortable( I mean I don’t feel my ass right now )and clearly not maintained properly. The gear shifters on the handle don’t even work, and the chain keeps slipping off, which makes it unsafe and frustrating. On top of that, the staff are very rude and unhelpful. They don’t care about customers at all and act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. I strongly recommend people avoid this place. It feels like a total scam and not worth your money at all.

Visited the shop before touring the Versailles Palace, reserved bikes for later that morning, came back and were provided with clean commuter bikes and a helpful map for our personal tour of the Versailles grounds.
