The staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the bikes were only in okay condition, and e-bikes cost an extra $10 per hour per bike. Amazing tour, it was very eventful and went by faster then I thought. The bikes were extremely sufficient in comparison to walking the whole strip. Very much worth the time and money especially with Roxy. She was an amazing tour guide in addition to being very friendly and fun to talk to.

What a great way to see Central Park! I have lived in NYC suburbs for 40 years and I’ve never taken a bike ride through Central Park. That changed when some colleagues and I took up an offer our hotel had with Unlimited Biking. Either 1 hour e-bike rental or 2 hour regular bike rental. We got there right when they opened at 8am, so it was empty and we were given bikes quickly. We opted for an hour with the e-bikes and we were able to go around the park twice at a leisurely pace. It was a great activity! I can’t wait to do it again.

I had a blast renting an e-bike here! On my first ride, I made it all the way to La Jolla, and on my second trip I rode to Torrey Pines Golf Course by being conservative with the pedal assist. The rental prices are very reasonable, especially if you’re renting for the entire day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Raul took the time to thoroughly explain how the e-bike worked and recommended the best route to take, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again.

Nice tour by Gunther who shared interesting facts and held a nice cycling pace. Equipement was fine. We did the 3.5hrs tour. Logistics in the bikeshop not very organized. Took us 30mins to get the bikes, which made the tour start late and as a result we didnt have for lunch.
