100% a must do experience. This was our favorite thing to do in Paris. They made you feel safe and comfortable the whole time. Just the right amount of stopping and riding to take in the city. We had the best day traveling around the city on the rented e bikes! Raul was extremely informative of routes we should take and places to stop at along the way. He went over and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. Extremely affordable and worth every penny. Will do it again soon on our next trip back! Thanks again.

Who is in charge here? I wish I had read more reviews before booking our bike rental. I spoke to a customer support representative- prior to booking- who assured me I could cancel my reservation anytime before close of business the day before our Saturday 5pm reservation. After our travel companions had a very poor experience with their bikes (and tour guide) on Friday, and after learning how inconvenient this place is located, we decided to cancel. Lo and behold, they refuse to honor the refund they promised me. When you call the company, the customer support rep says you have to request a refund directly to billing, via email. I’ve communicated with two billing people via email who have both provided canned responses that they can only provide me a credit. Run the other way! You’re better off to rent Lime scooters, as they are plentiful downtown and less expensive.

It was a fantastic tour! Kyra was very informative in an interesting, funny and interactive way. She gave a list of recommendations to feel like a local.They were very responsive and accommodating with stroller storage and a kids seat and helmet. My toddler had a great time. Make sure to bring a snack or treat for your little one. We had a couple stops to get off and wander around. We always felt safe and comfortable riding. She really did treat us like family.

Firstly, Google maps location is not accurate (as of April 2024 anyway). It’s actually located at 79 Chambers street. Efficient service and good quality bikes. I would recommend anyone hiring here not to take the route around the south side of Manhattan and up the East River. There are roadworks all over the place and the cycle lane does not exist for large sections so you are stuck in traffic on the narrow streets of Downtown Manhattan. Far better to go up the Westside (Hudson) which is cycle path all the way.
