Out of all the tours we have done so far. Mat was the best tour guide that caught even my 14 years old attention. We saw the Ancient Rome form a different perspective. And went to places that TripAdvisor didn’t even suggest.

We went on a small group tour to the summit of the Eiffel Tower. We met at their storefront a short walk from the tower and along the walk learned some local history. Plenty of time to stop and take pictures, talk, ask questions. There’s no skip the line but we waited very little and easily went to 2nd floor for more pictures and tips for using the elevators. The elevators to and from summit a bit busier but not to be missed. I would use this company for many of their tour offers!

I was a few times in Paris and this was my first tour. We did it for fun and it was amazing. The guide was so funny, witty, respectful with a lot of knowledge not only about Emily in Paris he told us a few hidden gems about the city and the culture. I would highly recommend it.

This was a fantastic experience and a great way to see the iconic parts of Rome. Matt (our guide) shared his detailed knowledge on the history of each site and gave great recommendations on “must do’s in Rome”. His warm and welcoming personality and excellent communication made the experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone travelling to Rome and would suggest to book it in early on your trip so you can make the most out of the knowledge and recommendations shared.

BUYER AND TOURISTS BEWARE! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. We rented bikes to BIKE across the Brooklyn bridge. About a block from the rental place my back tire felt low. 5 minutes later I was stranded on the bridge with a completely flat tire. They give you a number to call if anything happens so I called. The lady was rude and short. She said she would call me back if someone could come help me. She called back and said no one was able to come and that I needed to walk the bike back. I mean the absolute WORST customer service. We walk back on this narrow bike bath - getting yelled at by all these bikers. It was a completely unsafe situation. We get back to the shop - exhausted, frustrated and overwhelmed. I expect an immediate refund and the guys basically say “good luck” and then provide me with the wrong email address to send a refund request to management. I looked on the website and found the right email address. I sent a note as soon as we left. I did get a response back asking if I wanted another opportunity to ride (absolutely NOT) but haven’t received confirmation that I won’t be charged. The whole thing feels like a scam. They wanted to hold my husband’s drivers license as collateral for the bike rental (which we refused and settled on our hotel key). Super sketch. Find somewhere else to rent bikes in NY. People everywhere were flying by us happily on Citi bikes.
