Our Adrian was fabulous. We had a large group of scouts and scout leaders and me, the weak link. Adrian was able to keep us altogether, delivered fabulous information and covered all sites . It was a great tour and highly recommend Thank you Adrian, cheers Rebecca from Sydney Australia :-)

I had a Go City pass and I asked Unlimited Biking to give me tickets for the next day when my pass expires. They said no even if they had nothing to loose. I had no time that day since running around whole day in NYC didn't give me much of a time. But these people, even after pleading them that I had hardly enough time and if they can please accommodate me for next day, they didn't budge. They said they are not allowed by Go City to do that. But who is going to tell them really?? It's like they don't really care about you even if they can make your day great by simple customer service. They scanned my whole day pass at 6.15pm and asked me to come before 6.45pm. They got all the money from Go City(dont know how much) but just gave me a half an hour ride. It's these minute things that dictates customer service and if they really care for you. I don't think they care about customers even a little bit. I hope they are happy by giving me half an hour ride for my whole day pass. Apart from that the biking experience was nice even though for half an hour. That's why the 2 stars

(Translated by Google) We had a private tour with JP from Unlimited Biking! It was fantastic to explore San Francisco this way. He knew all the lovely towns and gave us plenty of time to take photos! He provided great explanations of everything we saw and was always open to our questions! It was a fantastic bike tour! Definitely recommended with the fast e-bikes! 😉 (Original) We kregen een prive tour van JP van Unlimited biking! Het was super om San Francisco op deze manier te ontdekken. Hij kende de leuke plaatsje, gaf tijd om foto’s te nemen! Hij gaf leuke uitleg bij alles wat we hebben gezien en stond open voor de vragen die wij stelden! Het was een TOP bike tour! Zeker een aanrader met de fast E-bikes! 😉

My Wife and I had a great trip with our guide Gerardo, we highly recommend this adventure when visiting San Francisco. Gerardo took the time to take pictures, video, and offered tons of local knowledge. Job well done Gerardo!!!!

Plenty of bikes in excellent condition. Provide helmets and locks. The location next to the wharf allows you to take a walk and grab a bite and a drink in a fantastic setting. Very helpful staff.

We had a brilliant tour with Andrea from FAT TIRES! It was great to get priority access to Eiffel Tower and for Andrea to assist us through the security sections too! He had a wonderful manner and was friendly, knowledgeable and fun! We leant so much more about the Tower as well as the many notable sites we could view from both the 2nd level and the top of the Eiffel Tower. I strongly encourage anyone thinking of going up to the top to do a tour with FAT TIRES! We had a wonderful time!

Alex is a legend 🤙🏼🤙🏼Great tour, good insights and the bikes were well balanced. Would recommend for anyone who wants to do some quality sight seeing and have the opportunity to ask all the tourist questions.

Lorena is a fantastic guide. We had limited time yet she guided us through all of the highlights of her amazing city. Around every corner there are mind blowing monuments and Lorena does a great job of describing the history and culture of Rome in flawless English and Spanish. The bikes are straightforward and easy to use and even though it was warm out we were not uncomfortable as we were just cruising at a leisurely place with just one very little incline. Safety was never a concern and I would think if you like going on a little cruise on a bike that this is the perfect tour for young or old. We had a whale of a great time!

Father's Day '24 In NYC!!! Paul is The Man!! This Is The Best Way To See Brooklyn! Paul, our tour guide is a Wealth Of Knowledge!! Paul kept us safe, answered all of our questions, and took great pix of us!! We saw Soooooooo much in only 2hrs!!! We were able to upgrade to E-Bikes, which I definitely needed! When I come back to NYC, I'm gonna do a different tour with Unlimited and, I hope Paul can be our Guide! Did I mention Paul is The Man?!?!
