The riding was chaotic, with pedestrians in the bike lanes, delivery drivers speeding and going the wrong way...not to mention the people who had their bikes come off...in short, I wouldn't use this company again! (Original) Avis mitigé...autant le guide était tres bien (visite en francais), autant l'hygiène et la sécurité sont à revoir. Aucune charlotte/clip cap de prévu pour mettre sous les casques. Jamais vu ca et encore plus surprise ici...donc les casques s'enfiler les uns apres les autres sans nettoyage. Idem pour les vélos sales et avec des poignées qui voient défiler mains apres mains sans nettoyage. Pas de toilettes à l'arrivée. Sécurité: j'avais mes 2 enfants avec moi. Passage sur la rue jusqu'au parc avec un groupe scindé en 2 à plusieurs reprises du fait des feux rouges (parfois grillés). Ca roule un peu n'importe comment entre les pietons sur les pistes cyclables, les livreurs à toute vitesse et contre sens.. sans compter les personnes qui ont deraillees...bref je ne recommencerait pas avec cette société!
