A very nice tour. I would have preferred a better tour of the museum. It’s so much better that the Academia or Uffizi. She said we were on a time schedule. Fine. But then after we climbed halfway up, we waited for 20 minutes. Not her fault, but again we missed a lot In the museum. But the biggest disappointment was after coming down, they run you out the door of the cathedral. We were not allowed to walk the cathedral at all. Many in our group were pissed. We had folks from New Zealand that had flown 28 hours to make this trip. Please let folks know that this is the way it goes.

Me and my friends had an amazing experience with Matt as our guide. We learned lots of new things while seeing the city. I also appreciated the water breaks! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic bike tour! Our guide Canaan knew the best spots in town, and you can easily arrange the time and places you'd like to see with him. I highly recommend him as a guide as he isn't only very knowledgeable and fun but also knows where to get the best ice cream after riding the bikes in the sun! All the best Max

Easy booking, easy to find, very good bikes and great service - we had to switch the bikes as a double trailer is not suitable for an e-bike but it was done immediately with a refund. I highly reccomend renting the bikes here and having a nice National Mall tour (2-3 hours).

Noisy,loud,messy,always filling up the street with loud tourists early in the morning. Every single morning they come out and loudly yell the instructions of the bike store to tourist at max volume, always blocking passage in the street.

We had an amazing time with our tour guide Dan today, doing a tour of Central Park. He was fun, pleasant and friendly. He made us feel like we were his most important clients. Even my teenager liked him, and that speaks for itself. He knew a lot about Central Park and we learned many interesting things. This was our second tour with Bike Unlimited during our trip in NYC and we’re glad we did it. Well done Dan! 10/10
