I don’t recommend this place if you want a comfortable bike. They offered only two types and sizes of electric bikes and they will not make any adjustments except seat height and the handle bars were too low on both style of bikes. The attendant was to my needs and said he would only raise and lower the seat. The seat geometry was uncomfortable for all day riding and they wouldn’t give us a refund after I figured that out. They make you sign a waiver and pay before you get “fitted” for a bike and if you find out you don’t like the fit you need to send an email request for the refund. That feels pretty dicey after poor customer service and my husband had already paid around $140 for the two all day rentals. We ended up taking the bikes anyway since we didn’t feel confident about the refund. At the end we returned to the shop and there was an untimed note saying the “attendent” would be back in 45 minutes. There was another customer who needed her drivers license back and had to call the main office to have the license mailed to her. Never rent here. The service is practically nonexistent and the bikes are uncomfortable and outdated. There are other options out there.

I did the day tour with Samuel. This tour was great! Sam did an excellent job turning strangers into a familia, keeping us safe on the streets and teaching us a bit about Barcelona. Highly recommend!

Had an awesome tour. Aaron was an excellent - ask for him! We visited Paris a few days before the 2024 Olympics and most of the major tourist sites were closed. Aaron was able to adjust and adapt to make our tour memorable. Will recommend to all my friends!

We had wanted to go up the Eiffel Tower (to the top) with our kids and tried in vain on the Eiffel Tower web site to get tickets. After a lot of discussion, we reached out to Fat Tire Tours and they indicated that they get these tickets based on availability. We had limited time options, and it turned out that we had to split (2 one day, 3 on another)… but were able to get to the top. The remarkable part was that both tour guides spent meaningful time giving a REAL tour… from their offices to the tower and then on the tower itself the guides were informative, interesting, polite and professional. Amir was AWESOME (I went with 2 of my kids, spouse said their tour guide was just as good). Intelligent, articulate and personable. He took some truly amazing pictures of us and the information was great. The 3 of us had a great time with him. HIGHLY recommend Fat Tire Tours… they have a clean office and the vibe was collegial… it seemed like everyone really got along and they ran a tight ship. Would definitely recommend using them.
