We had an amazing Segway tour in Rome with Lorena as our guide. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and passionate about the city and its history. You could really feel how much she loves Rome, and she made the whole experience both fun and very interesting. The Segway was easy to ride, and the route was perfectly planned with a great mix of famous landmarks and hidden spots we would never have discovered on our own. Lorena also made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the tour. Her focus on safety was extremely high from start to finish, and she was also very impressive at remembering everyone’s names, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming. Fantastic tour of Paris with Kayla! Really easy to book and reasonable pricing - especially for the experience given. Everything was clearly explained and bike selection was quick. Our tour left on time. Kayla was an amazing guide - clear communication regarding safety but also great fun and very encouraging.
