ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! We originally booked 10 e-bikes with Unlimited Biking in San Francisco, made a partial payment, and called a week before our reservation to complete the full payment. That’s when the nightmare began. A customer service rep informed us they had no bikes available and said they would issue a refund. Since we needed to discuss other options with our group, I said I would call back. When I did, I spoke with Tiffany, the same person who originally took our deposit, and she assured us everything was "sorted out" and we were "good to go." So, trusting that, we completed the payment and traveled to San Francisco. When we arrived at their shop for our 1 PM reservation, we were told they only had 7 e-bikes, NOT the 10 we paid for. They refused to do anything about it. The staff at the shop told us to contact customer service, but—surprise!—Unlimited Biking is actually based in New York and has no local service representatives in San Francisco. We were left scrambling and had to urgently rent 3 additional e-bikes from a competitor down the street. To make things worse, none of the bikes were even ready for our scheduled time. We lost part of our rental time waiting for a tech to finish setting them up. And the bikes we did receive? Absolute garbage. Chains came off mid-ride, tires were underinflated, pedals were bent—it was a complete disaster. The 3 bikes we rented from the other company? Flawless. This company is completely unreliable, provides zero local support, and has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Avoid at all costs. Rent elsewhere unless you want your plans ruined and your money wasted.

Great experience with Unlimited Biking. Easy check-in, bikes were ready for us and in great shape. And the staff was super helpful with instructions and recommendations. We took our 7yo and 4yo on tag-along bikes on the National Mall and it couldn’t have been a better experience!

Spent a drizzly morning riding around Paris with our guide Amir. He did an amazing job keeping us safe along some busy roads and told stories of different sites we visited. We learned a lot about Paris and saw sites from different vantage points. Highly recommend this activity if you are visiting Paris!

This is my second time doing the night tour of Paris and it did not disappoint. Always receive great information about Paris when doing this tour as well as I love biking through the city and seeing the bigger picture that does not get taken in when walking, train or taking a car.

Bike tour at Versailles with Nick was excellent. He did an excellent job adapting to the wide variety of ages and nationalities on the tour - making sure things were explained at appropriate levels and noting connections to peoples home countries. The expanse of the grounds is the most impressive part of Versailles (lots of palaces with similar interiors and more preserved original furniture). This tour is an excellent way to appreciate those grounds and some of the outer buildings. I loved the utilization of public transit. Logistics for that and for the bikes was excellent. We did note that the market was easy to get turned around in so a map in the app would’ve been much appreciated with the bike parking location and recommended shops. Also it would’ve been helpful if it was emphasized that there would be bathrooms at the market so the entire group didn’t have to go at the McDonald’s near the bike shop (this caused a bit of a delay). The tour’s information did feel a bit overwhelming and all over the place at some points. Some of that is likely due to the challenges how intertwined Versailles is with so much background French history that has to be explained.
