Awesome experience. Super helpful customer service. Alex was so nice and helped us get set up . We took the trip over the bridge to Sausalito, CA and rode the ferry back. We had age ranges of 9-40!! Everyone loved the experience.

The staff was so kind when I went to the rental shop first. So I can borrow a bike comfortably! And the bike trip to golden gate and sausalito was perfect with very good condition of bike. But the part of my bike was stolen by someone, and in the confusion, they made the situation very easy and kindly. The time was late and it was their off work time, but they help us kindly. I was moved for them. Nice bike, Nice staff, Nice service👍

The staff was very nice and the bikes good quality. I got the insurance policy for an extra $5/bike because the bikes are bright and colorful and I was worried about them getting stolen. Luckily they didn't. They also gave us U-locks and helmets and gave me a good deal on the kids' bikes.

The staff was friendly and helpful they have several different types of bikes including e-bikes after doing some of the hills in San Francisco I'm glad I got the e-bike it lasted six solid hours of riding.

After my bike was stolen by thief, I realized how sketchy the insurance policy and the manager were. The manager charged me 400 dollars without even asking, not reporting to police, compulsively saying that they have my credit card number and I have to pay for that. I felt threatened by it. The customer service NEVER answered my phone call when I called them before 4 pm. The manager and the clerk were unbelievably rude, only thinking and saying about the reimbursement fee I have to pay to them, showing no respect for the customer. I decided to change my card after this incident, since they might charge with some kind of a falseful pretext. Overall, the bike itself was nice, but after I went through the horrible experience with them, I would NEVER recommend to anybody who visits SF to ride a bike.

Biking the golden gate is a highlight when you visit San Francisco. UB offers great bikes, and the stuff is very knowledgeable.
