Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped me figure out how to attach the camera harness on my helmet for some awesome footage of my bike ride along Golden Gate bridge. Highly recommended!

We had the amazing Veronica as our guide and WOW could not have been a better experience!!! She was so knowledgeable and clearly loved her city. There was not one question she couldn't answer and to top it off, she provided amazing gelato recommendations. A great way to see the city and get the most out of your time visiting. Veronica made our short time in Florence PACKED with history and being able to walk right into the Duomo and skip the line was definitely another plus.
