Terrible experience. Rude, overworked staff. Shocking bikes. My tire rubbed, bike squeaked so loudly and chain fell off bc the thing wouldn't change gears. And yes I know how to ride a bike. Luckily, bc they threw the wrong size at me. Tried to tell the staff, they just put it back in line for the next sheep, oh sorry valued client. Did NOT want to know. Don't give me a trite reply asking for more details. You have them.
