Booking the bike, signing the waiver was easy and not too difficult. When we checked in to get the bike, it was a bit chaotic with not much direction. Signs at the tables for where to stand to check in based on the letter of your first name would have been helpful and spread out since we were all clumped together. The guys to guide you to your bike weren’t very organized so having stations clearly visible with the process would have been so much better. The guy who saw that my seat height wasn’t right while I was standing in line to get my helmet was a godsend. that helped me adjust my seat to a better height and more enjoyable ride. Otherwise it was a great first time experience. So more organization and clearer guidance would have been so much better for such a large event. Huntington had 2400 riders alone let alone all the other companies riders. That’s a lot of riders!

Brilliant way to see the city. Family of 4, with a family of 2 joining us. Pace was just right, we were able to enjoy the sights, explore an archeological site, view La Sagrada Família and other Gaudí buildings. Saved everyone’s legs from a long walk! Host was very nice. I would recommend!

I rented a bike through them for a 46 mile Pelotonia cancer charity ride. I was nervous as to what I would get, but I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the bike they gave me. I brought my own pedals and saddle, and they were very accommodating to get them installed. I usually ride extra large, but the large Cannondale they gave me road and fit beautifully. The bike just wanted to go and shifted beautifully. I don’t know how they maintain that many bikes, but they do! Highly recommend them. Next year, I won’t worry about the hike and I can focus on training for the 100! Thank you, unlimited bikes! ❤️🚴
