Our Central Park tour with Dan was excellent! Very well managed group with a variety of abilities, comfortable pace and great interaction with everyone - picking songs to represent each country we came from, relating NYC things to our home towns, etc. very entertaining, highly recommended!

I recently had the task of planning an e-bike ride for 50+ attendees as part of a conference my company hosted. After researching all the e-bike rental options in San Diego, Unlimited Biking stood out as the only company able to provide enough e-bikes (not just bikes – be sure to check!). From the start, Mayte was incredibly patient and responsive, handling my many questions with ease. As the event approached, I coordinated with their local contact, Raul, who was just as impressive. He went above and beyond by visiting the site in advance, researching new e-bike laws, and even adjusting the route to ensure we were compliant and could enjoy the best waterfront views while staying safe. On the day of the event, Raul and his team were phenomenal. They ensured everyone had the right size bike, provided helmets, and thoroughly explained how to operate the e-bikes, making sure all participants felt comfortable and safe. This was the largest guided tour they've ever organized, and it went off without a hitch. Everyone had an amazing time and came back energized, with many saying it was one of the highlights of the conference! Whether you're a local, a visitor, or an event planner, I can't recommend Unlimited Biking enough. They truly went above and beyond to make our event unforgettable!

Our tour guide Joe did a terrific job even though he was pretty new on the job. He was actually better than our bus tour guide we had taken the day before. Bike tours are always our favorite and it was a gorgeous day in Washington DC.
