Sara was a great guide, full of information and delivered with humour. Route felt safe, even novice cyclists did fine. Recommended to do this tour at the beginning of your visit to Roma so you have an overall sense of city.

We had a fantastic time on our highlights tour. Chuck our guide was a true blue New Yorker who could talk on any subject and who gave us a very interesting insight and history of all things NYC. This tour would be great on your first day as you really get to know what and where you want to really explore later. We felt very safe with Chuck as we rode through beautiful little streets in the Greenwich , down busy thoroughfares and along bike tracks beside the Hudson. We stopped in a farmers market and I bought fresh apple cider and pear cider donuts! The tour has been a highlight for us. Ask for Chuck. You will not be disappointed!

We heard about this ride last year and we could not wait to join in the fun this year. 3 of us came from California, me (Dad) and my daughter and son. When we picked up our information packets on Saturday we ended up buying 3 rain slickers in case it rained and they definitely came in handy about 5 miles from the finish line, on the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. Great fun, we are going to sign up to ride next year. We love New York !

We toured with Rob in February and it was so cold that everyone else who signed up cancelled, but despite the setback, Rob and his colleague went above and beyond to make the tour special for my partner and I. It basically became a private tour and Rob customized it to skip sights we'd already visited and show us new places instead. He was very friendly and attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about Madrid. We asked him a ton of questions and he had lots of insight about the city and it's history. It was a wonderful afternoon despite the terrible weather, and we'd recommend Rob again in a heartbeat.

The guide was very informative about the history of the popular monument in Paris. The location was easy to find on Google Maps. We were a group of 9 so it would have been easier to follow each other in a line if hand signals were used all of the time. They were used sporadically. Setting expectations would have been helpful as we rode through crowds and through traffic which can be quite anxiety heightening. We ended the tour at the Eiffel Tower at sunset and that was a great conclusion to the tour. It was a great time.
