Definitely recommend! We had a GoCity pass, which included a two hour electric rental. When we got to the shop we were told they were out of electric bikes (GoCity says no booking required, but we strongly recommend you do!). We were disappointed as we had our days and plans figured out and this messed it up. The ladies were SUPER accommodating and told us if we really wanted them that there were tours coming back in an hour, then they would charge the bikes and have them ready for us. The ride was great and the bikes were better than a local competitor down the street, not to mention the customer service was so much better!

We rented bikes for the 5 Boros Bike Tour this past Sunday. The staff was great! The bike ran like a charm. I was a little worried riding a hybrid for 40 miles but I was glad I had it for the wider tires when the rain started. Plus we were able to pick up our bikes early and do some exploring and site seeing on Saturday. This was definitely the way to go if you’re flying in for the ride.
