What a fantastic company to do business with. From the moment we stepped in the shop until we dropped them off their customer service was fantastic. We were in town for only a day aboard a cruise ship and rented E-bikes. At the suggestion of Raoul we biked to the Cabrillo National Monument (25 miles round trip and the views are worth it). Both bikes were in great shape and gave us reliable service the entire day. Highly recommend this company if your in downtown San Diego.

What an amazing tour! We did the Paris Evening Snapshot Bike Tour the first night we were in Paris and it really helped get us acclimated to the city, and see what areas we were interested in seeing again. Our tour guide, Annie, was truly the best! She was extremely knowledgeable - we learned so many cool facts throughout the tour. Annie helped make us feel so comfortable riding around Paris, we ended up using the city bikes the rest of our trip! Annie even recommended a restaurant right by the office after our tour, which was delicious! It was a 10/10, and we will definitely do another tour with Fat Tire when we go back to Paris!
