I was in Washington DC for America’s 250th birthday 7/4/26, and rented a step-thru on 7/3. Kevin was very helpful getting me set up, and the bike made it so much faster getting from Metro to the hotel & historic sites downtown, & vice versa. When I missed my flight home Sunday (due to 7/4 derailment closing Greenbelt & College Park Metro stations), Alex was very sympathetic & understanding, & helped me extend my rental so I would have transportation.
