Well, the bikes are nice! Now, imagine that you let someone on the phone charge your credit card over $100, and then you find there is no store located at the listed address, and you call the number, and speak to someone in a different city who can't tell you how to find the store--which is actually temporarily located a block away, and has no signage.

Pros- Great location. Fair pricing. Not scammy feeling like the other places. Professional feeling operation. Decent bike selection. Some staff were friendly and responsive. Cons- we booked 2 large standard men's hybrid bikes. Once there, the guy handing out bikes was insistent that we take medium womens step through hybrids - even through the ones we reserved were right there. It took some arguing and eye rolls from the dude to get it right. Wife suffered a broken derailer mount up by thr GW Bridge. The bike was un-ridable, however they couldn't come get us. We had to struggle though rush hour subway with bikes. Upon return, they did quickly get us a new bike, and didn't charge us anything (get the insurance). I would have liked that they throw us a bone for 50% off her fee.

I experienced Fat Tire Tours 20 years ago and decided to take the tour with my daughter during our girl's trip recently. The tour didn't disappoint then and certainly didn't disappoint now - same great tour with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oj was an awesome guide. A must for anyone looking to experience Paris. My daughter loved the tour; thank you for helping to make our time together special.
