I went on the 2 hour tour of Central Park with Dan as our tour guide. He was friendly and engaging with everyone in the group. He got to know where everyone was from and during the tour he played music from each country, which was a lot of fun. His knowledge was very in-depth and he responded positively to any questions. He kept the mood high and was friendly throughout, checking on the slower riders in the group (me). I definitely recommend this bike hire company for first timers to New York.
