I did a bike tour through Washington D.C. with Greg H., and I have to say – Greg was an absolutely fantastic tour guide. Super friendly, always in a great mood, full of good vibes, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question and shared so many interesting facts along the way. From what I gathered, Greg is actually retired, and while he didn’t explicitly say so, it really felt like he’s doing these tours simply because he enjoys them – and that joy comes through in every minute of the experience. I had a great time and can wholeheartedly recommend doing a tour with Greg. I can’t say much about the company overall – the woman managing the bikes seemed not quite as cheerful – but Greg made the experience totally worth it.

We had a fantastic experience with Unlimited Biking during our recent trip to New York City! Our group of four rented e-bikes, and the upgrade was absolutely worth it—we’d do it again in a heartbeat. Having the freedom to explore the city, especially Central Park, made our visit even more memorable. We rode the full loop of Central Park twice during our rental, which was such a fun and scenic way to take in the sights. Later, we took a ride along the river, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The bikes were in great condition, the rental process was smooth, and the overall experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!

We had a great 2hour guided Brooklyn Bridge tour with Paul yesterday. Paul knows his stuff, he was very informative and entertaining. He made sure we were althogether, was patient with questions and made for a great experience. Our bikes were in excellent condition and were fitted well to our respective heights before we left the Unlimited Biking depot. 10/10 the best rental bike in whole Europe, the guys were too nice and professionals, thanks Dan and Maxi! The bike had an issue and right away they were willing to help. I rented bikes in another place in Munich, seriously, do not do that, Fat Tires is the solution for renting bikes. Next time for sure without doubting coming back. Danke!
