I had a wonderful time riding the e-bike through Central Park New York. Paul is the Best. Good quality bikes.

There is nothing I love more than a bike tour in a city, however this one left me flat. The sights were incredible - the guide Jose was solid. However, the bikes themselves and the bike shop staff left a rusty taste. The bikes were too small for three out of four of our group, and the man insisted they were the right size. The woman who greeted us was so rude-sonething I have experienced in a bike tour shop. We chose the electric option, which worked sporadically. Overall, super disappointing but the city still shines.

The bike chain of 3 of our 5 rental bikes came off several times and the saddle shifted out of place. As we mentioned this when returning the bikes, there was no apology, no discount- staff did not even care. Our first and last rental there!

E-bike tour was the best way to see the key monuments of the city. Matthew was a great guide. The National Mall is huge, I found it very challenging to see key monuments on foot in the single day when I visited DC in the past. With this tour we managed to visit major sights in 3 hours.

Joe is the best! He led us on an excellent tour and gave us great insights into the history and current developments of the city. We hit a little rain but he found us great spots to pause under shelter. And what a way to end at Pershing Park with a little surprise (no spoiler here!) The tour was excellent and I recommend it. And if you do, request Joe!
