I rented an e-bike for a day to explore San Diego. The bike was in good condition, and the owner was helpful. It was a great way to get around, and I enjoyed the experience a lot.

Best experience! Our family of 7 (2 adults, 3 teens, 5 yr old and 1 year old) were all able to enjoy a nice family bike ride down town to seaport village. Really nice and helpful setting us all up and getting us bikes to fit each person. Will definitely be back! Thank you again

It our children’s first time to Washington DC so my husband booked a bike tour for our family. Adrian our tour guide was extremely safety conscious, friendly and personable making our 3 hr tour very fun and enjoyable. Exceptional service by Adrian: Our son’s bike got a flat and he immediately got a replacement delivered to our next location giving our son his personal bike and rode the flattened bike for himself. He also learned that my father in law was in the Korean War so he made a special trip to the Korean War Memorial. He touched on all the main sites along the “mall” and even stayed with our bikes as we got to walk up close into the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials. (Shout out to Alex from the shop who also brought over the replacement bike and took back the flattened bike for us!) Highly recommend this as an activity to do while in DC!

Located a couple blocks from the park, it wasn’t too hard to get there. Bikes were decent for a rental shop that deals with that kind of volume.

Sydney was an amazing guide and handled our group of 15 with grace and ease. This is a really efficient way to see all the major monuments in the city. The stops were frequent enough to keep the tour interesting, and to ensure a leisurely biking experience. Highly rec doing this while you're in the city.

Had a great time biking around the tidal basin area with our tour guide Mark to see the cherry blossoms, which haven't quite peaked yet but were very pretty. We particularly enjoyed Mark's guided tour of the F.D.R. monument.

Came here and rented two E bikes and one of them stalled on me while I was trying to go up a slight hill. I thought no problem let’s just go change the bikes. I called the shop and the guy said to meet him back at the shop and we can exchanged them. When we go back, the garage was closed and no one was there, we waited 20+ minutes. We were pretty upset and just wanted to contact support instead of trying new bikes to which they refuse to give us our refund and no one has responded to me in two weeks. 90$ down the drain for 5 minutes of nothing and waiting for the guy to get back.
