The reservation codes would not work for bike attractions, and even after calling customer service, they still could not resolve the issue. I spoke with Elle in customer service, and they were unable to book anything for us either. We wasted a significant amount of time trying to make reservations during our trip planning. Very frustrating experience and a total waste of money. She also said it's happened a lot to others lately.
