We had a private bicycle guided tour and Arvin was fantastic! He mixed good knowledge with humor and was a great storyteller. Seeing Rome on a bicycle was both amusing and efficient. We highly recommend!

Cat was so easy to work with and made sure we were comfortable on the ebikes before we left. Riding across the Golden Gate Bridge was one of the highlights of my trip! Using the GoCity pass with this vendor was so easy. We will use them again.

Amazing! I took myself and my three boys (ages 16, 19, 23). What a great way to see all the sites and get through the crowds. We did about 5+ miles and loved every minute. Matt (our guide) spent time with each person to make sure they felt comfortable enough before starting. One of the best tours in Rome!

Great Benjamin! Not only prepared about NYC, he had a lot of patience whit my family ( two children) and showed us a city really in a different point of view. Some problems with one bike, but immediately solved by Ben! Really suggested a tour with him.

Rented from here for the Mission Bay Triathlon last season. Raul was super helpful and friendly and prices were very reasonable compared to other bike shops. If I'm back in town for the tri again I definitely will be making another visit!
