Yael is a fantastic guide. The bike tour ~6 hrs is a great way to get an overview of key sites around Berlin. Do it early in a stay, and then spend your own time going back to sites which interest you. She also has lots of recommendations for other places which interest you. A ‘must do’ part of a Berlin visit. The bikes are really comfortable too.

Long story short. It’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. From giving us a bikes that were not fully charged and died on our trip to their support team calling me a liar. Just an appalling, terrible experience. I’d say far away.
