This shop is a complete joke. They advertise their e-bikes as being well-maintained with a long battery life, but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. When we arrived, their own employee admitted the bikes were old and barely capable of handling a few miles—nothing close to the 50-mile range they claim. Despite this, they still took our money and refused to issue a refund when the bikes failed to perform. Their response? Hiding behind a no-refund policy instead of taking responsibility for knowingly renting out unreliable equipment.
