Don't let this bike rental scam you as a foreigner. As Dutch people, we joined a tour that was supposed to have a Dutch guide because we had children with us. We had booked the Tour Ost the day before. Upon arrival, there was no Dutch guide present at all. When we asked if we could cancel, we were told that it was our problem and that we should try to get our money back through Get Your Guide. The rental company obviously knew the day before that no Dutch guide would be available, so this tour was sold to us under false pretenses.
