Unlimited Biking was super easy to work with and the bikes were in great shape…but the best part was our tour guide, Benjamin. He was knowledgeable, kind and set a great pace for all riders to stay together. He regularly checked to ensure we were together and even quickly jumped into action when one of the bike riders took a small spill. I would definitely do this tour again and would want to ensure Ben was our guide. Fly Navy!

We booked and paid in advance through GetYourGuide for electric bikes with Unlimited Biking. When we arrived, we were told there were no electric bikes available—even though the shop was full of bikes. Not once did we receive an apology. They claimed everything was booked months in advance, yet somehow there was availability for tomorrow (a Saturday), which felt extremely suspicious. Instead of offering a solution, they immediately referred us to their “sister company” where the bikes were much more expensive. Now we have to wait five days to get our money back. This was a complete waste of time and incredibly disappointing. The service was unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly focused on upselling rather than assisting customers. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a reliable and honest rental experience.
