Our family of 5 had a fantastic time on our biking tour of Washington DC. The bikes were in great shape, the location was convenient to the National Mall, and our guide Wally was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had actually done this tour a few years ago, but since our kids were a little older I think they enjoyed it even more. We would definitely recommend Unlimited Biking.

Got there on time only to be told they had ran out of bikes and we had to wait for 45 minutes. Only one person helping customers. Took us one hour to leave the rental place. And customer service sits in New York and cannot help. Don’t, don’t, don’t rent with them! Blazing Saddles on the same block had tons of bikes. Next time, no questions asked!!!!
