Great service and very helpful. My wife and I visited for the weekend and wanted to bike through Balboa Park and along the waterfront. Raul provided great recommendations on places to go and how to get there. His recommendation for the farmers market in Little Italy was perfect. The bikes were great quality; cannondale bikes with disc brakes and comfy seats. We chose the step through bike frame option which was convenient for quick stops and photo ops. I highly recommend a bike rental from Unlimited Biking.

We had the amazing Veronica as our guide and WOW could not have been a better experience!!! She was so knowledgeable and clearly loved her city. There was not one question she couldn't answer and to top it off, she provided amazing gelato recommendations. A great way to see the city and get the most out of your time visiting. Veronica made our short time in Florence PACKED with history and being able to walk right into the Duomo and skip the line was definitely another plus.
