Wow, horrible experience! Hidden fees and website is inaccurate. I made an 8am bike reservation for $52 on the website. When I called to confirm my reservation, I was told that the business would not open until 12-1pm and that I owed $120 for my $52 bike rental. When I requested to cancel my reservation 48hrs before my scheduled pick up, the business refused to refund my $52 payment. Very strange business practices and unreasonable inflexibility. You will speak with multiple people, each person will tell you something different, and you will get nowhere, no apologies.
