staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The price was very reasonable. The bike they originally gave me to ride 20 miles was an old cluncker for neighborhood riding that would not have worked. They were very nice and gave me another bike, a hybrid bike, specialized brand , that was much better. They were very accommodating, did not charge me more money. Customer service was excellent

Rude people, especially elderly seemingly more senior staff. Gear is all worn out. Helmets are filthy, brakes of the bikes not well maintained. Totally overpriced. Don’t recommend!

For our last day in New York we choose to have a guided bike tour of Central Park. This was to finish off our go city pass. Have to say so glad we did. Our guide was Dan and his knowledge was amazing he soon had the group getting to know one another. He took some great pictures of us during the 2 hours and showed us some incredible things. I didn't appreciate how big the park was and using a bike tour with someone like Dan showing you around is the ideal way to get the boxes ticked. Would highly recommend.
