Excellent tour with Maggi, knowledgeable and made the tour fun. Ebikes are in great working order and really help with the distances travelled. 3hr sightseeing tour was great and went to all the main attractions. Would highly recommend!

The workers here were friendly and the location of this rental store is in a super convenient area where you have great access to all the monuments in the area. Unfortunately, I was cursed with two faulty bikes. The gears on the first bike were skipping forward (most likely signs of wear on the chain that need to be replaced). So we went back to the shop and they gladly gave me a new one. One of the employees gave it a test ride himself to check that it was fine and so I took it hoping the rest of the day would be smooth riding. My friend and I went on the Mount Vernon bike trail and unfortunately when we got there I discovered this bike had the same exact problem. I would recommend this place if you're planning on casually riding around the city area. I wouldn't recommend it for any long bike rides where you might want to push the bike a little.
